What is #GivingTuesday?

A Global Day of Giving

It is a dedicated global day of giving that follows Thanksgiving. #GivingTuesday is the antithesis to the widely-recognized shopping days of Black Friday and Cyber Monday. A day when the world comes together for social good.  A social media movement that celebrates giving and philanthropy, and reminds us to give back.
By harnessing the potential of social media and the generosity of people around the world, it brings about real change in our communities. It unites us all by sharing our capacity to care for and empower one another.

Take Part

Get inspired with us on #Giving Tuesday. On November 28th, join the global #GivingTuesday movement and give. Whether it’s your time, a donation, or the power of your voice, it’s easy to give back.
What ways will you give? Come together with us, your family, your community, your company, or your friends, and choose a way to give back or share your voice, and amplify small acts of kindness. We all make a difference.

Teach Your Kids About Volunteering

Teach your children that volunteering makes a difference, and why it’s important to dedicate time and effort to a good cause. Let your kids know that volunteers develop interests and skills while helping others at the same time. Get your kids inspired on #Giving Tuesday. Why not get the whole family involved?
