PA Prosecuters Release Sandusky Victims’ Names
The Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office was forced this week to ask a judge to seal a document posted to the court website. The document, part of legal discovery in the Jerry Sandusky abuse trial, contained the names of alleged abuse victims and other witnesses.
Judge John Cleland had previously ordered that no one publicly disclose the names of Sandusky’s accusers.
The AG office’s statement indicated that the release was “inadvertent”.
